Everyone in the clinic is welcoming. I visited them frequently because of my jaw problem. Dr Iman Ali has been patient and the receptionists too. I highly recomment them. Great service.Happy Halloween :)
Excellent first visit. Quick and to the point but very professional and caring. I got the follow up visit,just in case we the denstist wanted to keep an eye the widening in one of my canals. The service from the receptionists super warm and welcoming. Really pleasant experience.
Monica and Divya at reception were brilliant, and the Dental practitioner was by far the best dentist I have ever come across. For context I’ve gone private for years now, and Dr Amal is the best dental practitioner by far. The receptionists Asmeeta and Marta were very pleasant and welcoming. They were also very supportive with us as I had to take the boys for their appointment after school. Dr. Iman was very prompt and delivered an exceptional service.

They are lovely to speak to and very accomdating to your needs. Neeluma the hygienest is one of the best I have ever been too, not only is she lovely but very gentle and professional. I have had some bad experience with hygienist but to say my fears are gone and now would keep up with my appointments after my experience.

Great team work.My last session was for a dental implant with Dr Mohammad Dastgir, he is very professional and delivers quality patient centred care. I was provided the relevant information which was very helpful, the treatment went well, every step explained carefully and happy to say the implant was painless. I’m more than satisfied with the service.
Saw Dr Mohammed for a smile consultation.He was very Informative and gave me the load down of what to expect for Invisalign… he gave me his honest opinion and we had a good discussion. I like their ethos of being general dentists who care about people’s teeth. This is important , just like I am a medical doctor and I care about my patients health and be their advocate. I feel I could trust their ethos. I found the cosmetics side a bit high priced for the area but you could say it is the London average. Would be good to have some cosmetic treatments on offer for new patients etc.
Receptionist Gurmeet Kaur arranged an emergency appointment on the same day for me. She was very friendly. Dr. Amal did a great job and explained everything very clearly. I was so impressed. I highly recommend Thesmilestudios Heston.

Inga is very nice. Said hi second I went in. She did a very good job. Honestly, I think she is bob the builder but the hygienist version. I suggest going here for your teeth. Inga can get the job done.
Inga is a delightful hygienist, never judged my coffee, wine, or juice habits and everyday activities. She skillfully eliminated stubborn stains that persist despite regular brushing, flossing, and waterpik use. Additionally, her sense of humor added to the positive experience.

I had an appointment with Inga Sinkeviciene & I just wanted to say I loved how patient and welcoming she was. I was super nervous coming into my appointment but they were put to ease in seconds by Inga.10/10 would recommend.
Inga is the only hygienist I know who did not judge me for being a man and sobbing like a baby while getting my teeth scrapped. Love her to pieces and of she left for another dentist, I'd probably move there lol

I made an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Dr. Kooner did a fantastic job repairing it. The whole process took just under 10 minutes. There was no discomfort and the whole procedure was quick and comfortable. I was so happy to have the repair done on my tooth. It felt great afterwards. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how everything was and did I need any further treatment with the tooth. Great customer service Thank you Smile Studios.

My appointment was on time and Pritpal explained the whole process and was very thorough in his approach making me feel completely at ease answering any questions I had. Had a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. Professional and communicative staff, clean and nice facilities. My dentist was calm and reassuring, got on with the job and it was all over pretty quickly. Very efficient, highly recommended.
Im absolutely terrified of dentists, due to bad experiences in the past, but had finnaly to do a clean up and get my teeth back in good shape, the receptionists very nice and polite very good customer service, always happy to help with any query.The hygienist Miss Inga Sinkeviciene very good professional you can clearly see she loves her job she will explain to you every step of the way and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience, very approachable and understanding, i would deffenitely reccomend the smile studios and the hygienest/dentist Miss Inga, she will be my go to dentist going forward.

This Dental Practice is very well run the Admin team are always very helpful, friendly and they are very professional and efficient. The Dentists take care of their patients to a very high standard they are excellent and professional in their work I would highly recommend them.
