I recently visited Dr. Iman Ali for dental treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt at ease thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Dr. Ali carefully assessed my dental issues and provided me with the correct advice for my treatment plan, which included a root canal treatment, root canal filling, and a crown.Dr. Ali’s professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. She explained every step of the process clearly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout. Her expertise truly shines through in her work, and the results have been fantastic.I also want to highlight how helpful Nurse Mirka was during the procedure. She was attentive and reassuring, making the experience much smoother. Additionally, Monica at reception went above and beyond to advise me and schedule appointments at times that suited my availability. Her efficiency and friendliness made the process stress-free and easy to navigate.This was a team effort, and I couldn’t be more thankful for such a positive experience. Amazing service start from the moment you book your appointment.Everything from the friendliest receptionists to the amazing treatment by the oral hygienist.This was the first time I have not had any discomfort while getting my teeth cleaned, usually it’s the dreaded 6 monthly treatment. Neelima was the first Hygienist to perform the treatment with zero discomfort. Has left me wondering why all other treatments have been so terrible. (At other providers)

I found all staff to be caring, supportive, and helpful. I became very distressed and Marta (receptionist) went out of her way to try and find a solution to my dilemma. She was kind, understanding, and supportive, while comforting me. Dentist, Amal, was also brilliant and very honest about the care I needed/didn’t need. Would recommend everyone who is looking for a extremely good dentist practice to visit smile studio heston. The girls at reception are so welcoming and make your visit enjoyable. They are lovely to speak to and very accomdating to your needs. Neeluma the hygienest is one of the best I have ever been too, not only is she lovely but very gentle and professional. I have had some bad experience with hygienist but to say my fears are gone and now would keep up with my appointments after my experience.

The reception staff and specially the dental nurse are very helpful and friendly. Great team work.My last session was for a dental implant with Dr Mohammad Dastgir, he is very professional and delivers quality patient centred care. I was provided the relevant information which was very helpful, the treatment went well, every step explained carefully and happy to say the implant was painless. I’m more than satisfied with the service.

Saw Dr Mohammed for a smile consultation.He was very Informative and gave me the load down of what to expect for Invisalign… he gave me his honest opinion and we had a good discussion. I like their ethos of being general dentists who care about people’s teeth. This is important , just like I am a medical doctor and I care about my patients health and be their advocate. I feel I could trust their ethos. I found the cosmetics side a bit high priced for the area but you could say it is the London average. Would be good to have some cosmetic treatments on offer for new patients etc.

I made an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Dr. Kooner did a fantastic job repairing it. The whole process took just under 10 minutes. There was no discomfort and the whole procedure was quick and comfortable. I was so happy to have the repair done on my tooth. It felt great afterwards. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how everything was and did I need any further treatment with the tooth. Great customer service Thank you Smile Studios.
